I just purchased the Prayfit 33 day DVD from Amazon and was looking around the website and found your post.
It's 2 days away from your March goal date...how did you do?
I know I need to take better care of myself as I'm in my early 40's and watching the scale creep up toward 200...
Thanks ahead for any tips you might have to offer, too.

I just bought the Prayfit 33 day total body challenge on friday and looking forward to starting but hoping that I can make a workout plan that I can do with being a truck driver. For there is not much room in my truck but very motivated to start losing some inches and weight. Plus also wanting to get more healthy so I can be around for awhile for my grand babies.
