Started with Prayfit Video today. Doing the 33 Day Challenge with walking the dog for 30 minutes in additon to the video.
Goal: Loose 20 pounds by 3/15/12--going on a trip with my kids in March.
Goal: Keep my cholestrol, sugar and other "numbers" in the healthy range with diet and exercise.
Goal: Run a 10k in 2012.
